Material details: 100% polyester , face side fabric is spandex fabric, 97% polyester 3% spandex, inner material is normal micro beads.

Total nap pillow weight: pillow total weight is 235g, including outside nap pillow cover weight and inner material micro beads weight

Nap pillow size: our sample nap pillow size is 40x18cm, middle round hole size is about 8cm diameter, slight adjustment of size is allowed, price can keep unchanged if slight adjustment of size. 

Accessory: one piece nap pillow sewing with one wash label. Minimum quantity of per color:

Our min.quantity of micro beads nap pillow is at least 3000pcs per color, total quantity is at least 1x40’HQ.

Nap pillow packing: 12pcs per our carton, assorted color or one color is both ok, carton size is about 57x43x60cm, gross weight of one carton is 4.3kgs, neck weight per carton is 3kgs

1x40’HQ Container quantity: 462 cartons can be load into one 1x40’HQ container, totally 5544pcs.

Sample lead time:

We can use our stock color fabric to make sample, sample time is about 7days, if need to dye fabric exact as customer color, sample time is about 25days and customer need to pay sample charge.

Bulk production delivery time: bulk production lead time is about 50days after s/c or PI confirmed by both sides.

Payment terms: Letter of Credit, balance T/T are ok, DP or DA or deferred T/T depends on customer credit, we can discuss.
