Memory foam packing:

one piece with one paper sleeve as picture, and 30pcs per out carton, mix color or solid color is both ok, 30pcs in one big polybag and then in one carton, carton measurement is: 57x50x66cm, carton gross weight is 11.3kgs, carton net weight is 9.8kgs

Quantity in 1x40HQ:

367 cartons can be load into one 1x40’HQ container, totally 11010pcs can be load into 1x40’HQ

Sample:

If we have stock fabric in hand, sample time is about 7days, if customer want to make sample with their own color, so we need to dye fabric just like bulk, so making sample time is about 25days and customer need to pay sample charges.

Mass production delivery time:

bulk production delivery time is about 50days after sales contract or PI confirmed.
