Pls check our good details as follows:

Minimum quantity of each deign:

1. If customer choose dyed blanket, not printed, minum quantity is at least 1000pcs each color.

2. If customer choose printed with our design, quantity is at least 2000pcs per pattern.

3. if customer use their own deigns, quantity is at least 3000pcs each pattern, but customer need to pay printed mold charge and sample charge.

Blanket pack: our printed sherpa blanket have one cardboard inside blanket to support blanet, and each blanket have one colored ribbon pack fold blanket and have one hangtag, ribbon color or design can be changed in order to match blanket color, and normally handtag is provided or designed by customer.

Outer carton packing: 10pcs/12pcs/14pcs/16pcs/18pcs or 20pcs per carton, with one pattern or with mix pattern are both ok.

Accessory: one piece blanket with one wash label, one hangtag, one cardboard, and one colored ribbon.

Sample making time:

1. customer choose our design

if we have stock fabric in hand, sample making time is short, about 7days.

if we have no stock fabric in hand, we must print fabric to make sample , sample time is about 25days, and customer need to pay sample charge.

2. customer use their own design, we need time to make print plate and then print the fabric, so sample marking is same as bulk, totally need about 35days.

Mass production lead time: mass production lead time is about 50days after s/c or PI confirmed by bothsides.

Terms of payment: Letter of Credit, balance T/T are ok, DP or DA or deferred T/T depends on customer credit, we can negociated.
