Total weight of the pillow is 375g, includes the cover and the micro beads.

The size of the pillow:

The size is 52*35cm, and the whole shape is Irregular. The corners are circular arcs without hard protrusions, the front and the back sides have the same shape, and the right and the lift sides are slightly raised. There is a short knitted line in the center, and two knitted line near the middle part slightly deviated to both sides.

Accessory:

A small wash label at pillow’s edge and a small wash label at the inner side of the cover’s edge.

Minimum quantity of per color:

3000pcs for each color is the minimum quantity. At least 1x40’HQ should be required.

Packing:

One carton includes 10pcs and the carton’s side is 57*57*65cm, the total gross weight is 4.3kgs and neck weight is 3kgs.

1x40’HQ Container quantity:

1X40’HQ container can load around 320 cartons which means 3200pcs.

Sample lead time:

The normal sample costs 7 days to make and the customized sample spends at least 25 days. Customers need to pay the sample’s expense.

Bulk production delivery time:

Around 50days after PI or S/C confirmed.

Payment terms:

L/C, balance T/T are both available and DP or DA or deferred T/T are negotiable.
