Composition: cotton and polyester

Gsm: 60g/yd for filling

Width: 53/4”

Face fabric: Will produce as per buy’s detail requirements, like composition 、density etc. Also include kind of fabric, like solid dyed fabric, yarn dyed fabric, printed fabric, embroidery fabric etc.

Filling: Normal we will use 100% polyester for you, Please kindly inform us the weight you need .

Ground fabric: Normal, we will use taffeta linning , Are there any your own requirements ?

Pattern of quilted ：We will glad to supply you our patterns we ever done, also welcome you own pattern.

The way we used to operate:

We will send our samples to buyer for selection

1) bulk production will do as per our samples. Quantity will be small. But delivery time will be short. Maybe only 15 days .

2) Will have some little change , like pattern/construction of face fabric , thickness of filling ,ground fabric . Pattern of quilted will as per our samples.

Buyer will send their own samples

Upon receipt of samples, we will send counter sample for face fabric/filling/ground fabric for buyer’s approval . We will do sample after receipt of confirmation with our counter samples.

Delivery time for sample (use counter sample):7 days

Cost for the above : Free

Delivery time for sample(fully as per buyer’s sample):20 days

Cost for the above : Will have small amount , but will refund to the bulk production.

Bulk prodution time ： As per your estimated quantity (As there will have 5-10% tolerance)

Packing: Normal we roll on strong tubes and packed in bales .

Terms of payment :

For first time : We hope to do bulk production after receipt 30% deposit .

Later: We can use L/C , small desposit/T/T etc.
