Product instruction

This fabric is yarn-dyed quality (YD), and suitable for shirts, school skirts and uniforms. It has good color fastness, and would keep stable after machine washing. The fabric shrinkage is only about 3%.

We could supply solid colors, checks and stripes qualities.

How about the minimum quantity?

The minimum quantity is 2000m per combo or color, which is still negotiable.

How about our output capacity?

Currently we have 80 air-jet woven machines and 340 rapier looms. We have our own finishing units.

Our products include poplin, twill, dobby and jacquard weaving. The fabric composition could be pure cotton, cotton polyester, pure rayon, pure linen, polyester rayon, linen cotton, linen rayon, with or without spandex. We are exporting about 800,000m yarn-dyed fabrics every month.

The handlooms for buyer’s approval take 5 days. The bulk processing would take 20 to 30 days after the handloom approval. 4 days for inspection and bulk packing. Additional finishing takes more time.

What is more you would get?

The yarn dyed fabric could be pigment dyed and printed again if required.

As clients’ request, we could add different finishing on the yarn dyed fabrics, such as PU coating, water proof, water resistance, oil resistance, soil resistance, quick dry, easy care, moisture wicking and anti-UV etc. These finishing is environmental.

We use plastic bags to pack the goods rolls. It protects the fabrics during the delivery well.

Our factory has Oeko-tex 100 certificate and Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certificate.
