Note: cotton fabrics have soft hand feeling, and poly/cotton qualities are cool and easy care.

Developing Support

sample for quality approval: A4 swatches and hangers are free

Special booking: charge required

Lab dips’ submission: three to seven days after requirement

sample yardage development: seven to twenty days after charge receipt

Development charge: Each color takes $180 to $500 which would be refunded from the bulk value if the color wise qty is above 10000m.

Note: if the quality has special construction, there would still be woven sur-charge and it would take more days.

Production for bulk

Color or order MOQ: 2000m per color and 5000m per order. Elastic items required 3000m per color and 8000m per order.

Time: the bulk would need fifteen to thirty days after lab dip approval with order confirmation.

Piece length: as per required. Normally 80% rolls are above 60m.

Packing: packed in separate rolls, and single roll in plastic bag.

Note: if required, would pack several rolls in bale.

Our long-term suppliers are located in Jiangsu and Zhejiang province, and our outputs would be more than 800,000 meters every month.
