The organizational specifications of traditional and pattern Denim Denim is made of pure cotton indigo dyed warp and natural weft, which are interwoven with three up and down right twill weave. Generally, it can be divided into three categories: light, medium, and heavy. The light cloth weighs 200-340g/m2 (6-10oz/Square yard), the medium cloth weighs 340-450g/m2 (10-13oz/Square yard), the heavy cloth weighs more than 450g, and the yarn count is fine; Heavy Duty 7 × 6, Medium 10 × 10, Light 12 × 12 (British) or more. The width of the cloth is mostly between 114 cm and 152 cm. In addition to the above traditional products, there are also colored Denim;
1. Colored Denim with different raw materials and structures;
(1) Elastic Denim woven with small proportion of spandex yarn (about 3-4% of yarn weight) as warp core elastic warp or weft
⑵ Snow Denim with low proportion polyester and cotton blended as warp yarn and white effect after dyeing
(3) High grade Denim made of cotton linen, cotton wool blended yarn
⑷ Denim made of medium length fiber (T/R)
2. Colored Denim woven by different processing technologies
⑴ Bark crepe Denim made of high twist weft yarn
(2) In warp dyeing, first use sulfurized or Haichang blue and other dyes for priming, and then dye indigo blue for overdyeing Denim
(3) Colored strip Denim with colored warp embedded in indigo warp
⑷ Hang white or print on indigo Denim
