1. According to the printing method


1. Digital direct-injection printing: The digital direct-injection printing method is suitable for dispersion, acid dyes, coatings, and reactive inks. The digital direct-injection printing method is a process of direct printing on the sizing semi-finished textiles. The process is: Select the corresponding ink according to the textile, design patterns, sizing, and then go to the textile direct-injection printing machine for direct printing, and then dry, steam, wash, dry, soften and shape and other processes (where the coating only needs to be Bake to fix color)


2. Thermal transfer method: Thermal transfer printing is to first print textile dyes on paper (coating), and then use thermal transfer printing machinery to transfer the pattern on the paper to the textile. The advantage is that the precision is relatively high, but the printing efficiency is low, and it can only be used for textiles with high polyester content or high polyester content. coloration rate).


3. Cold transfer method: Like thermal transfer, it is necessary to print textile dyes on paper first, and then use special machinery to emboss the paper and fabric to realize the transfer of patterns. There are two processing methods for the embossed fabric. One is to carry out traditional processing such as steaming, washing, and shaping. ; The second is to conduct a cold reactor chemical reaction treatment to fix the color (the fabric needs to be chemically treated in advance). Using reactive, disperse, acid and other dye inks, this process is suitable for fabrics other than blended.


2. Classification by dyestuff and process


1. Disperse digital printing: At present, more than 50% of the printing inks in my country are disperse dye inks, which are used in the printing of chemical fiber fabrics such as polyester fibers; Nonionic dyes whose particles are mainly in a highly dispersed state in water


2. Reactive digital printing: Reactive dye inks account for about 29%, mainly used for silk and cotton fabric printing; reactive dyes, also known as reactive dyes. A class of dyes that chemically react with fibers during dyeing. This type of dye separation contains genes that can chemically react with fibers. When dyeing, the dye reacts with the fibers, forming a covalent bond between the two and forming a whole, which improves the fastness to washing and rubbing. The active fuel molecule includes two main components, the parent dye and the active group. The group that can react with the fiber is called the active group. At present, it is mainly used on woven and knitted fabrics such as cotton, hemp, silk, etc., or fabrics with high content of the above components.


3. Acid digital printing: Acid dye ink has a small proportion, accounting for about 7%, and is used for printing on wool, nylon and other fabrics. Acid dyes are a class of water-soluble dyes with acidic groups in their structures, which are dyed in acidic media. Most of the acid dyes contain sulfonic acid sodium salt, which is soluble in water, bright in color and complete in chromatogram. Mainly used for dyeing wool, silk and nylon, but also for leather, paper, ink, etc. Generally no coloring power to cellulose fibers.


4. Pigment ink digital printing: The usage of pigment ink in my country is relatively small, less than 2%, and most of them are foreign products. The manufacturers include Huntsman, BASF, DuPont, Klein and other companies.



3. Classification by fabric composition:


1. Cotton-based digital printing, but hemp, silk, etc. can also use reactive dye inks;


2. Digital printing mainly based on chemical fiber, produced with disperse sublimation dye ink and chemical fiber disperse direct-injection digital;


3. For some mixed fabrics such as T/C, fabrics that cannot be operated with active, disperse, and acid dye inks alone are printed with paint inks;


4. Digital printing, mainly nylon and wool, is produced with acid dye ink, and silk is also available.
