This characteristic fabric is made of polyester and cationic fibers. Cationic yarns are used in the one direction and ordinary polyester yarns are used in the another direction. Sometimes in order to achieve a better flax imitation effect, a blend of polyester and cationic two-component fibers is used. Dyes are also used when dyeing, and ordinary dyes are used for polyester yarns. Cationic dyes are used for cationic fiber, and the fabric effect will have a two-color effect. Due to the use of ion modification, not only the color absorption performance of the fiber is greatly improved, but also the crystallinity is reduced and the dye molecules are easily penetrated, making the fiber easy to dye. The color absorption rate is improved, and the moisture absorption is also improved.

This kind of fabric is a kind of comfortable and quick-drying fabric, which is commonly used in professional sportswear, underwear and other clothing materials. Compared with ordinary polyester and pure cotton fabrics, it has better sweat absorption and air permeability, and is softer and more flexible than nylon.
