Fabric character
The rayon material gives the fabric shiny outlook and smooth feeling, and cotton material gives soft hand feeling. It is always used for under wears, T-shirts, pants, casual wears and shorts etc.

More choices
The photo shows the single dyed mélange effect. We might use double dyeing to get two-tone mélange effect. Still we could add more finishing on the base fabric, such as UV protective, soil repellent, W/R etc. We could bond the jersey fabric with Sherpa, polar fleece fabrics, which would be used for outwears.
Anyhow we have enough experience in the bulk processing, and we are sure to fulfill your needs.
Minimum quantity
We require only 1000kgs per color and 3000kgs per order. Less quantity means more wastage, and costs some sur-charge.
Our qualification
Our factories are located in Zhejiang Province. We have more than 15 years’ experience in knit fabric business. Our clients include Zara, H&M, Uniqlo etc. Our yearly outputs reach 80 million meters.
We have been granted authorization according to Standard 100 by OEKO-Tex, and we could supply GRS fabrics.
If client needs, we could develop fashion qualities.
Goods lead time
The processing takes about twenty to thirty days. After the packing, our QC would take 2-3days to inspect the bulks. They are following the whole procedure and control the qualities as per the orders.
Package
The goods are packed into single rolls with plastic bag outside. Each roll weight would be kept under 25kgs. Bales packing should be required with order confirmation.
