Q1:What is your sample policy and can I get a free sample ?

A: We can offer A4 sample or 1yard for free and you only need to pay the freight cost. If it’s more than 1 meter, then it will be charged too.

Q2:What's your payment?
A: T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% payment against the copy of BL. Other payment terms can be negotiated，which based on the customer credit.

Q3:Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. And we will provide free fabric analysis.

Q4: How about your delivery time?
A: 1. Plain fabric: 20-25 days after receive 30% deposit
2. Printing design:30-35 days after receive 30% deposit
3. For urgent order, Could be faster, please send email to negotiate

Q5:Lab Dips and Strike Off lead time?
A:1. piece dyed fabric: lab dip need 3-5days.
2. printed fabric: strike-off need 7-12 days.

Q6:What’s your main market?
A: Europe,the south American ,the southeast Asia and so on

Q7:Can you provide tests?
A: There is internal tesing lab in our mill. But if buyer need official one like SGS,ITS,BV, we also can arrange but the cost should on customer account.
