Different printing methods of nylon fabric

1. Cold old transfer printing

This kind of printing can achieve good front and back air permeability, meet different levels of environmental protection requirements, all kinds of fastness are higher than other printing methods, and feel soft. Suitable for printing intricate floral patterns.

2. Watermark

The watermark has good air permeability, the fabric feels good, and there are various watermark methods. But it can only print simple patterns, and the layering is not strong. Because the printing plate is mostly nickel screen, the pattern is not delicate enough. Since its printing process is to print directly on the fabric, its fabric loss is also relatively large.

3. Thermal transfer printing

The thermal transfer pattern is realistic, the quality is stable, the authenticity rate is high, and the production time is short. However, thermal transfer printing has poor penetration and hard hand feeling, which will seriously affect the hand feel of the fabric, make the surface of the fabric shiny, and the color will gradually fade obviously over time

4. Digital printing

Because it is electroengraving printing, its exquisite pattern printing process is transfer printing, which minimizes printing loss. Advantages of digital direct printing: high pattern imitation, good reproducibility, suitable for small orders, high authenticity rate, not limited by color registration.
