Characters

This fabric is linen cotton blend quality. It keeps the linen slub outlook, and gets the cotton soft feelings. It could be made into fashion garments, such like shirts, pants, skirts, and home textiles. The photo shows solid dyed style, and the fabric could be printed.

Developments

We would like to develop new qualities for clients, and we would try to collect the least charge for the development.

Min order quantity

We require 3000 meters for dyed and 8000 meters for printed as MOQ. Each color requires 2000m, and each pattern requires 4000m. Less quantity means sur-charge to be required.

Production and inspection

Our yarns and greige fabrics are produced in Anhui. The dyeing, printing and finishing are finished in Zhejiang and Jiangsu.

Our products include yarns and fabrics. Linen cotton fabric could be using blend yarns, or linen yarns be inter woven with cotton yarns.

Normally fabric orders take about 35-50days from the color lab dips submission to the final bulk finish. New qualities might take 10-20days more for yarns or greige fabrics.

Our quality controllers are following the full processing, and inspect the bulk goods under US 4 points system. The third party inspection would be accepted as the buyer’ requirement.

Package

The fabric is packed in rolls. Each roll has paper tube and plastic bag. The piece length is mainly 60-80 meters.
