Note: linen yarn has natural slub effect, and cool feeling. We could get soft feeling with good bulk finishing.

Developing Support

Quality approval: All quality A4 swatches or hangers sizes are free. If the quality yardages are more than two meters, it would need charges in advance.

Now we use 3 to 7 days for making lab dips after your requirement.

For special color yardages, we need 10-15days for the yardages development after the development charge receipt.

The full development charge could be deducted from the order value if the color wise quantity is more than 10000m.

Production for bulk

Color and order MOQ: 2000m per color and 5000m per order.

The bulk processing takes about 15-30days after all details confirmation.

The goods is packed out of paper tubes. Outside of each roll is one plastic bag. If need, we might pack several rolls into one bale.

Shipment

The bulk delivery might be through trains, ships or planes to your markets.

Seaports or airports in East China

Delivery: The transit from my factories to the shipment ports is free.

Quality control

US 4 POINTS is our running inspection policy. If buyer require, my QC team would follow his own instructions during the processing. Still we accept the third party inspecting the goods.

Remark

We have our own woven and dyeing units in Anhui and Zhejiang province. Monthly production capacity would be 500,000m.
