Fabric character

This knit fabric has soft hand feeling and elastic effect. It is suitable for uniforms and pants.

More options

You might book your own design, and the composition would be some different. If you need, the fabric could be added more kinds of technical finishing: UV protective, soil repellant etc. Still the fabric could be bonded with other fabrics, such as jersey fabric, Sherpa, fake Sherpa and fleece fabrics.

Minimum quantity

We require only 1000kgs per design, and order quantity should be 3000kgs at least.

More quantity would have discount on price.

Our qualification

We have been engaged in knit fabric business for more than 15 years. Our main final markets include Europe, USA and Russia. We have co-operated with garment suppliers for Zara, H&M. We are exporting about 300 tons every month. Each machine could weave 100-125 kilograms every day.

We have been inspected and assessed according to the GLOBAL RECYCLED STANDARD 4.0(GRS4.0), AND have the authorization according to OEKO-Tex Standard 100.

Procedure

The procedure includes knit waving, water washing, dehydration and width cutting, modulating, inspecting and packing. Normally it takes about fifteen to twenty-five days. Our QC team is following the whole procedure and control the qualities as per the orders.

Package

The fabric roll is packed in single plastic bag. Each roll has a paper tube, and the roll weight would be kept no more than 25kgs. Bales packing should be required during the order confirmation.

Payment

The value could be transferred through TT, D/P, or L/C etc.
