Our WDF803 cup mask is a non-medical device. It has no valve.

The product is made by 12.5% melt-blown fabric and 87.5% needle-punched cotton. We have two styles in three layers and four layers. Both could reach the same filtration efficiency ≥99.9% under GB2626-2019 and EN149:2001+A1:2009. It is EU FFP3 standard. Effectively it can protect you from the harmful substances such as dust, PM2.5 haze particles, and fog droplets and so on.

The well-designed shape ensures the tightness against the faces and increases the breathing volume, greatly improves the air permeability and makes it more comfortable in wearing and breathing.

The mask specification is 15x13x6cm. There are two kinds of packing: 1# 5 pcs in a box and 60 boxes in a carton. 2# 25 pcs in a box and 20 boxes in a carton. Each box has a certification note, which shows mask specification, Executive standard, product performance etc. The box size is 21x14.5x12.5cm, and the carton’s size is 58x44x39.5cm.

The masks could be useful within three years after the production date. But you might keep the masks in dry and cold environment, away from direct sunlight, and avoid near heat source. The temperature is -20℃ to 50℃ in the storage, and the relative humidity should below 60%.

The current daily production capacity is about 5,000pcs. We could higher the output if order requires. The masks have been sold in main EU countries such as ITA, FRA, SPA and GER. We would accept almost all kinds of payments. You might note your needs and we would try the best to meet the same.

Regarding the order details, we would confirm clearly before the final bulk processing.
