DETAILS:

Texture/characteristic: it’s warp knit fabric inside with brushed, it’s super poly with microfiber yarn thread in knitting and different with normal tricot brushed, mainly on the brushed side, keep warm and rise the performance, It used super quality material and get the very skin-friendly hand feel, it’s suitable for brand customer, the regular running weight mainly are 200 gsm, it’s not light for apparels and lead to better hand feel.

Texture/characteristic: we used three yarn thread 75D/72F, 75D/24F and 54D/24F to knit the tricot greige, WE used LOT dyed to dye & fix the color and finsihing with soft control, normally we control fabric colorfastness to reach grade 4 (dry/wet）at least.

Colors/Designs available：the face side is tricot looks, we had professional dyed factory and we supervise the color to be very very close to your color swatch (pantone number), we will compare the lab dips options under correct light source with original swatch (pantone swatch) before submit (despatch) the satisfied options to you for final approval and comments, we must run the bulk production strictly follow your lab dips comments and the approved the lab dips option, we will despatch the shipping sample to you for bulk quality approval, we will hear the approval and meanwhile we QC will affect inspection for the whole cargo.
