Inspection policy	we knitting the greige and inspect the greige before going to color dyed, we control the whole process of color dyed to make sure the production color is same as the customer approved lab dips option. After finish, we QC staff will affect fabric final inspection and the ok fabric to be for shipment.

DETAILS:

Texture/characteristic: The greige is a warp- knit 11x1 mesh goods, the material is DTY 75D/144F filament polyester, it’s a superior quality with top hand feel than normal quality, we developed this quality for brand sportswear jersey.

Texture/characteristic: our knitting machine was KS warp-knitting, the mesh hole size 0.1*0.3cm.

Colors/Designs available：we do make to order dye your special colors, it’s welcome that you provide actual color swatch and later we submit counter color lab dips back to you for option approval, the bulk production according to lab dips comments, if you don’t have color swatch, it’s also welcome you advise the color numbers in PANTONE (TPX / TC / C ) books.
