Construction:

Weight: from 200gsm to 350gsm

Width: 59/60“, cuttable width is about 57/58”

Color/design: pantone colors, or client's swatches

Special Finish: brushed. We could supply non-brushed too.

Possible Use: sleep wears, pajama, sweaters, hats, shorts

Price：$2.80 -$3.40 per kilogram depending on different requirements

Note: poly fabric would be easy care. CD yarns give mélange effect, and brushed finishing gives soft hand feeling

Developing Support

Quality sample: free as A4 swatches, hangers sizes

Cutomerization: charge required

Lead time for Lab dips: 3-7 days after confirmation

Lead time for sample yardage: 10-20days after charge payment

Possible developing charge: $180 to $500 per color. The charge would be deducted from the bulk value if the color wise quantity is more than 1000kgs.

Note: if the development would need special construction or weight, there would still be woven sur-charge and it would take more days.

Production for bulk

MOQ for color/order：800kgs per color and 3000kgs per order.

Time: the bulk takes 15-30days after lab dip approval with order confirmation.

Piece weight: as per required. Normally around 20-25kgs.

Packing: packed in rolls, single roll in plastic bag.

Note: due to the big size, we would not pack several rolls in one bale.

Shipment

Transport: By sea /By air etc.

Port nearby: Shanghai, Ningbo ...

Logistic operation: our long-cooperated forwarder, or nominated forwarder by customer

We have more than 10 reliable and experienced co-operators located in Jiangsu and Zhejiang province. Monthly output would be 800,000 meters.
